Walking at the Ralph

Lace up your sneakers and head to Ralph Engelstad Arena for a walking membership! Avoid Northwest Minnesota's outdoor elements and enjoy your daily walk inside the Arena's controlled climate.

Register at the Ralph Engelstad Arena Office. We accept check or cash and credit card options soon. Pay your $35.00 arena user fee or $30.00 user fee if you are a Senior Citizen (60 & over). This program is offered for a full year upon payment. 

Walkers are asked to enter through the Main Entrance on the east side of Ralph Engelstad Arena.  Note, Walk In registration is welcome up until 4:30 PM daily.

The Ralph Engelstad Arena offers walking during operating hours. Walking is closed during some scheduled events. Walking times may vary dependent upon scheduled events. Please take note of our clickable walking schedule above (click the graphic).

FAMOUS TROLLS & HOCKEY HISTORY PHOTOS

During your stroll on the arena concourse visit Norskie the Troll from Thief River Falls' famous Troll Map. You will also find photos of Thief River Falls' hockey history on the arena's concourse. Seven laps around the concourse equals one mile.

Helpful hints

The Arena may still be a bit chilly, so layering is suggested. Strollers and wheelchairs are always welcome. Running, roller blades, skateboards and animals (other than service animals) are not permitted. Call 218.681.2183 for further information.
