About our Tourist Park
The Thief River Falls Scenic Tourist Park is located on Highway 32 South and Oakland Park Road. It overlooks the lower Red Lake River and Hartz Park.

The Tourist Park has 72 sites with available amenities. Of those, 16 are full hook-up and 56 are electric. We offer free Wi-Fi! There are endless locations for primitive camping. A campground host is available on site part-time from approx. May 15th to September 15th to collect fees and assist you with your needs.

The bathhouse, which is located in the center of the park, is handicapped accessible and provides free showers and flush toilets for our campers. A shelter, which overlooks our beautiful Hartz Park, is available for picnics and family gatherings. Fire rings are located throughout the park for campfires. Firewood MUST be certified by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) as safe to move. Firewood may be purchased from the campground host. Campers have access to a dump station which is located directly across Oakland Park Road by the entrance of Pedar Engelstad Pioneer Village.
